How do I find my ring size, or hers as I intend to surprise her?

If you are unsure of your ring size then we would suggest you visit your local jeweller and find out all the information you need prior to purchase. This is also a good way to gauge the quality of the product we offer and allows you to conduct an accurate price comparison.

Alternatively you can measure your ring size at home.

Find a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 1.4 cm (1/2 inches).
Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger.
Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle.
With a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark.
Use this measurement and our chart (below) to determine your ring size.

Do you charge to resize my ring?

No, but within reason. For example we will not charge to size up or down two sizes on all engagement rings. If you require a substantial adjustment then a cost may be incurred. We recommend you contact us with your requirements or any concerns you may have. Please note that a ring with diamonds all the way round cannot be resized.

Do you offer care/maintenance on your rings?

How can I be sure of the quality of my diamond?

Our diamonds are 100% natural, and are ethically sourced. Diamond certification from respected laboratories and authorities are available.
